I can't thank you enough! I feel like you truly helped unlock creativity in my brain. That evening I was playing guitar and realized I've spent almost 40 years aiming at an 'end result.' So I challenged myself to think of the fretboard as a blank slate. Just like with the painting exercise, I got lost in it. End result be damned. It was freeing and meditative.
