Private Event Payment Policy

To confirm and secure your private event booking, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that all preparations, materials, and venue arrangements are set for your special gathering.

Payment Terms:

• For All Clients (Individuals, Small Groups, Parties, & Corporate Events):

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your event.

  • If a venue is required, the total amount—including the venue cost—is due upon booking.

  • For corporate clients requiring invoicing, payment is still due at the time of booking unless an approved net 30 arrangement is in place.

• Payments are non-refundable, but in the case of unexpected cancellations, we can discuss a reschedule based on availability.

• An invoice will be provided with a clear due date for submission. All clients will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

How to Pay:

• Payments can be made via PayPal (invoice link provided), Venmo, or Zelle.

• If you need an alternative payment arrangement, please reach out to discuss options.
