Creative Release Evening Edition!

We’re partnering with PCAD to tell the world what Creativity Is…

Join us for an evening of art-making and community fun. It’s an event to celebrate creativity! The first 15 people that arrive will get a 6” x 6” canvas panel to display in a community-wide art exhibition in the Lancaster Amtrak Station display cases.

You can bring your own project and materials, like always, or try something new! We will have stations set up with a variety of art materials to choose from like paint, collage, textiles, and more. Don’t know where to start? No worries, Jo will be on hand to give you demos on how to use the materials and supportive words of encouragement!

Do you have creative aspirations but never seem to make the time? Do you want the companionship of others to overcome your creative blocks and “just do it”?

Whether you’re an experienced artist or just looking to explore your creative side, Creative Release is a safe place to explore your ideas with others. Bring your ongoing projects or use the art materials available.

Every month there are demonstrations on how to use different materials.

Who Should Join?
Anyone and everyone! Bring an idea for a card, a knitting pattern you’ve been wanting to try, a shirt that needs mending, or a full-on canvas and paints. Most of all, bring your lovely self! We believe in the power of community and creativity.
